Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

The Service provides information such as event schedules, venue details, transit/route guidance, and user reviews.

The Service does not sell tickets, train passes, or accommodation directly. Bookings link out to official third-party providers (Interpark/NOL, Melon Ticket, Yes24, Korail, Trip.com, Klook, etc.); the contract for any such transaction is between the user and that third party.

Travel times, fares, and last-train times shown are guidance/estimates based on public data and may differ from reality.

2. External Links and Affiliates

The Service contains links to external sites. The operators of those sites are responsible for their content, transactions, and policies; the Service does not warrant them.

Some external links (flights, trains, lodging, transfers, etc.) are affiliate links. If you book through them, the Service may receive a commission from the provider at no additional cost to you. Such links are labeled as affiliate links.

3. Accounts

Some features, such as writing reviews, require an account (email or social login). Lightweight features such as bookmarks are available to non-members via an anonymous identifier (UID).

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for safeguarding your account.

4. User Content (Reviews & Photos)

You retain ownership of the reviews and seat-view photos you post ("User Content"). You grant the operator a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content for operating and promoting the Service.

You may not post: photos that infringe others’ portrait rights or personal data; content that infringes others’ copyright (including unauthorized recordings of performances); or false, unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, or defamatory material.

You are responsible for your User Content. The operator may hide or delete content without prior notice when it is reported or found to infringe rights or violate the law.

You may delete your own content, and anyone who finds an infringement may request removal via the report function or the contact below.

5. Disclaimer

While the operator strives for accuracy, it does not warrant the information provided (schedules, ticket status, transit, fares, etc.) and is not liable for damages arising from errors or from use of external sites, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including force majeure and external API/service failures.

6. Intellectual Property

The operator owns the rights to content, design, and databases it creates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or crawl them for commercial use without consent.

7. Changes

The operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will post the effective date and changes within the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the procedures and courts provided by applicable law.
